Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb.
    Cattleman’s Selection® Prime Rib
  • 2 c
    Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Onions
  • 1 c
    Chef’s Line® Crème Fraîche
  • 1 c
    Monarch® Garlic Aioli
  • 3 T
    Monarch Horseradish
  • 8 slices
    Chef’s Line Multigrain Sprouted Bread

Preparation

  1. Prepare prime rib according to package directions. Let cool completely and shave. Hold cold. 
  2. Combine crème fraîche, garlic aioli and horseradish to make horseradish cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Toast bread on flat top grill. Heat caramelized onions and shaved prime rib. 
  4. Place horseradish sauce onto toasted bread, layer with shaved steak and caramelized onions.
