2 oz.Monarch® Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing

2 oz.Red Bell Pepper, julienned

1 ea.Chef's Line® Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced

1 ea.Orange, peeled, seeded and segmented

4 ea.Pink Grapefruit Sections

3/4 tsp.Monarch Black Seasme Seeds
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine dressing with shredded Brussels sprouts. Toss until well-combined.
- Plate Brussels sprout mixture in a large bowl and garnish with julienned peppers, sliced chicken, oranges, grapefruit segments and sesame seeds.
