Sashimi Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 oz.
    Sushi-Grade Seafood, such as Raw Tuna, Salmon, Scallop, Octopus and Shrimp
  • ¼ ea.
    Avocado, diced
  • 1 T
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ T
    Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
  • ½ T
    Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp.
    Wasabi
  • Sea Salt, a pinch
  • Mixed Greens, as needed

Preparation

Place mixed seafood onto plate, and top it with mixed greens. Whisk together remaining ingredients, and drizzle on top and sprinkle with salt.
