Salt & Pepper Slaw Dog

Ingredients

  • 5 oz.
    Patuxent Farms® Taiwanese-Style Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken
  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Banh Mi Baguette
  • 2 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms® Asian-Style Slaw
  • 1 oz.
    Chef's Line Cage Free Mayonnaise
  • .5 oz.
    Monarch® Umami Wing Sauce
  • 1 oz.
    Monarch Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • .5 oz.
    Chef's Line Korean BBQ Sauce
  • Garnish
    Cross Valley Farms Cilantro Sprigs
  • 1 oz.
    Monarch Pickled Red Onion

Preparation

  1. Lightly toast bread and reserve. Toss slaw vegetables in a bowl with toasted sesame dressing and reserve cold.
  2. Fry chicken per manufacturer's instructions, drain, then toss while hot in a bowl with Umami Wing Sauce to lightly coat.
  3. First, spread a layer of mayo on the bread, add chicken, and then the slaw mixture.
  4. Finally, garnish with cilantro sprigs and pickled red onions.
