Preparation
- Lightly toast bread and reserve. Toss slaw vegetables in a bowl with toasted sesame dressing and reserve cold.
- Fry chicken per manufacturer's instructions, drain, then toss while hot in a bowl with Umami Wing Sauce to lightly coat.
- First, spread a layer of mayo on the bread, add chicken, and then the slaw mixture.
- Finally, garnish with cilantro sprigs and pickled red onions.
