Salmon Sliders

Ingredients

  • 3 ea. Harbor Banks® 2.5 oz. Salmon Patty
  • Cross Valley Farms® Coleslaw
  • 1 Cross Valley Farms Apple
  • 3 tsp. Pacific Jade® Teriyaki Glaze, 1 tsp. per slider
  • 3 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Potato Slider Bun

Preparation:

  1. Assemble coleslaw (can be done ahead of time)
  2. Marinate salmon patty in teriyaki glaze (can be done ahead of time)
  3. Bake salmon patties in 350° oven for 8 minutes
  4. Toast buns
  5. Place patty on bun and top with coleslaw
