Preparation
- Heat Monarch Brown Rice and Quinoa Blend according to packaging directions.
- In a bowl, place a mound of rice blend, top with edamame, salmon slices and battered avocado slices.
- Drizzle with Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
