4 ea.Cross Valley Farms® Russet Idaho Potatoes, large, peeled

2 TChili Powder

1 TDry Thyme

2 tsp.Salt

2 tsp.Black Pepper

24 ea.Harbor Banks® Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
Cut Cross Valley Farms Russet Idaho Potatoes on spiral slicer to make shoestrings. Rinse and dry.
Toss with spices and mix well, but gently.
Skewer each Harbor Banks Shrimp on an individual bamboo skewer starting at the tail end. Wrap shrimp with the potato strings and set aside.
Heat corn oil and fry shrimp for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
