0.88 lb.Garlic & Herb Compound Butter

10 oz.Grated Parmesan

Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F; dry potatoes and toss in oil, salt and pepper.
2. Roast 10–15 minutes until crisp.
3. Slice compound butter into medallions.
4. Plate potatoes; top with butter and parmesan.
