Roasted Garlic & Herb Sous Vide Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lb.
    Sous Vide Petite Yellow Potatoes
  • 0.88 lb.
    Garlic & Herb Compound Butter
  • 10 oz.
    Grated Parmesan
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

1.        Preheat oven to 400°F; dry potatoes and toss in oil, salt and pepper.

2.        Roast 10–15 minutes until crisp.

3.        Slice compound butter into medallions.

4.        Plate potatoes; top with butter and parmesan.
