Ramen Napa Cabbage Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 oz.
    Ramen Noodles, cooked & chilled
  • 3 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms® Asian-Style Blend
  • 2 oz.
    Monarch® Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 1/2 oz.
    Monarch Sliced Almonds, toasted
  • Pinch
    Monarch Sesame Seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook ramen according to package instructions, season with half of seasoning packet. Store. 
  2. Toss Asian-style Blend in toasted sesame dressing. Set aside to cool. Best if prepared a day ahead. 
  3. Toast sliced almonds in sauté pan and store. 

To Plate:

  1. Place seasoned, chilled noodles into bowl. 
  2. Place dressed blend mixture on top of chilled noodles.
  3. Garnish with toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
  4. Drizzle with more dressing.
