2 ea.4.5" Corn Tortillas

Cross Valley Farms® Diced Yellow Onion, for garnish

Cross Valley Farms Chopped Cilantro, for garnish
Preparation
- Cook beef birria according to package directions.
- Dip tortilla into consommé, and then place onto flat top. Flip.
- Add cheese in a single layer. Top with shredded birria. Fold taco and heat through until cheese is melted.
Serve with a side of consommé.
