Quesa Birria Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz.
    Chef's Line® All Natural* Beef Birria
  • 1 oz.
    del Pasado® Mexican-Style Three Cheese Blend
  • 2 ea.
    4.5" Corn Tortillas
  • Cross Valley Farms® Diced Yellow Onion, for garnish
  • Cross Valley Farms Chopped Cilantro, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Cook beef birria according to package directions.
  2. Dip tortilla into consommé, and then place onto flat top. Flip.
  3. Add cheese in a single layer. Top with shredded birria. Fold taco and heat through until cheese is melted.

Serve with a side of consommé.
