Pumpkin Spiced Latte Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Iced Pumpkin Swirl Loaf Cake
  • 1 1/2 oz.
    Chef's Line Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie
  • 4 oz.
    Chef's Line Pumpkin Spiced Latte Ice Cream
  • 1 oz.
    Mini Caramel Chips
  • 2 oz.
    Marshmallow Creme Topping
  • 1 oz.
    Caramel Sauce

Preparation

  1. Scoop ice cream, and reserve in freezer.
  2. Cube brownie and reserve.
  3. Gently cut the loaf cake in thirds. 
  4. Arrange on plate and top with ice cream. Drizzle some caramel sauce.
  5. Add cubed brownie.
  6. Place dollop of whipped marshmallow, and gently torch for color.
  7. Add more of the caramel sauce around plate, along with remaining cubed brownies.
