2 ea. Harbor Banks® Lobster Tail

4 oz. Chef’s Line® Compound Butter

8 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Salad Blend

1 Lemon
-
¼ tsp. Monarch® Salt

¼ tsp. Monarch Black Pepper
Preparation:
- Poach lobster in boiling water for 3 minutes
- Sauté greens and season with lemon, salt and pepper
- Plate lobster tail on top of sautéd greens
- Pour melted compound butter on lobster tails
