2 ea.Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based* Smash Patty

2 slicesGlenview Farms® Supercure American Cheese

2 slicesCross Valley Farms® 4x5 Tomato, sliced

2 oz.Spicy Dill Pickle Slaw

2 T.Chef's Line Mayonnaise
Preparation
- On a flat top, cook the patties.
- When you flip, top each patty with a sice of cheese.
- Toast the buns open side down on the flat top until golden brown.
- To assemble, spread 1 tbsp of Chef's Line Mayonnaise on top and bottom bun.
- Layer the patties on the bottom bun, and top with pickle slaw.
- Pick and serve, with side of choice.
