2 TRykoff Sexton® Organic Diced Pineapple

1-2 slicesFresh Jalapeño, thinly sliced

2 oz.Tequila

1 oz.Thirster® Pineapple Juice

1 oz.Rykoff Sexton Meyer Lemon Juice

.5 oz.Orange Liqueur

.5 tsp.Rykoff Sexton Organic Agave

Tajin or other Chili-Lime Seasoning, for the rim
Preparation
- Muddle the pineapple and jalapeño slices in a cocktail shaker until pineapple is broken down.
- Add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, orange liqueur and agave syrup. Fill shaker with ice, top with lid and shake for 20 seconds.
- Rim glass with chili-lime seasoning. Fill with ice. Strain pineapple margarita into the glass and garnish, with jalapeño slices, pineapple and lime.
