Peach-Infused BBQ Bacon Burger With Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Brioche Bun
  • 8 oz.
    Cattleman’s Selection® Ground Beef Patty
  • 2 ea.
    Patuxent Farms® Smoked Bacon
  • 1 ea.
    Glenview Farms® Cheddar Cheese Slice
  • 2 T
    Peach BBQ Sauce
  • ½ c
    Fire-Roasted Peaches, mashed
  • 1 c
    Monarch® BBQ Sauce
  • 1 T
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 T
    Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 leaf
    Cross Valley Farms® Lettuce
  • 2 ea.
    Cross Valley Farms Tomato, sliced

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Peach BBQ Sauce (makes 13 servings): In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine mashed peaches, BBQ sauce, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Stir the mixture continuously, and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Cook the smoked bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  3. Season the 8 oz. beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook on a flat top grill for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the patty 30 seconds before removing from heat.
  5. Lightly butter and toast the brioche bun on the grill.
  6. Assemble the Burger: Layer lettuce and tomato on the bun. Add the burger patty with melted cheese. Top with crispy bacon, and drizzle with peach BBQ sauce. Place the top bun and lightly press.
  7. Plate and serve with a side of french fries.
