1 ea.Harbor Banks® Roasted Garlic Lemon Salmon Patty

1 ea.Glenview Farms® Cage Free Brown Egg, fried or over medium

1 oz.Monarch® Roasted Garlic Aioli

4 gCross Valley Farms® Harvest Lettuce Blend

1 tsp.Lemon juice

to tasteMonarch Kosher salt
Preparation
- Toast English muffin in toaster, oven or on flat top.
- Heat salmon patty following instructions on box.
- Toss greens in lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Spread aioli on bottom slice of toasted English muffin.
- Place salmon patty on top of aioli, place egg on top of salmon patty, top egg with dressed greens.
- Place top bun on greens.
- Wrap sandwich in sandwich wrap or place in desired container.
