Preparation
1. Cook rice; add zest and juice of 12 limes.
2. Heat mojo pork.
3. Fry plantains until golden.
4. Grill halved oranges.
5. Quarter remaining limes.
6. Build bowls: lime rice → mojo pork + juice → plantains → avocado → grilled orange → cilantro → lime squeeze.
