50 ea.Chef's Line® Buttermilk Biscuits

Whipped Topping, as needed

3 ea.Oranges

3 cWhite Sugar

1 lb.Melted Butter

Fresh Mint Springs, optional
Preparation
- Before preparing biscuits according to package, brush with melted butter and sprinkle the tops of the biscuits with a cup of sugar.
- In a large bowl, combine frozen berries, the zest of three oranges and the remaining sugar; mix until combined.
- Place berry mixture in the fridge, and allow for berries to thaw and macerate.
- Once berries have thawed and biscuits have cooled, assemble.
- Slice biscuits in half and fill with the berry mixture.
- Top with whipped topping and the top half of the biscuit.
