5 oz.Monarch Raspberry Melba Sauce

.25 oz.Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Mint Leaves

1 oz.Monarch Powdered Sugar
Preparation
- Place one crepe onto serving platter and lightly brush or drizzle a little melba sauce onto it, then top with another crepe. Continue with remaining crepes until you have a stack.
- Decoratively mound drained berries on the top, garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar.
