Miso Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 pound
    unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ½ pound
    white miso
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon
    yuzu juice
  • Pinch of white pepper

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly. Chill.
