Latin Pulled Pork with Mexican-Style Adobo & Beer Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb.
    Pulled Pork
  • 20 oz.
    Mexican-Style Adobo Beer Barbeque Sauce
  • 10 ea.
    Brioche Buns
  • 1 ea.
    Jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)

Preparation

1.        Heat pork to 145°F and shred.

2.        Toast buns.

3.        Build: pork → adobo beer sauce.

4.        Garnish with jalapeño if desired.
