Ingredients

    Cross Valley Farms® Artisan Romaine Head
  • 2 oz.
    Monarch® Aegean Dressing
  • 4 ea.
    Chef's Line® Panko Breaded Artichoke Quarters
  • 6 ea.
    Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 oz.
    English Cucumber, seeded and diced
  • .25 ea.
    Red Onion, shaved
  • 1 oz.
    Glenview Farms® Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 T
    Pine Nuts, Toasted

Preparation

Quarter romaine head, cutting lengthwise. Fry panko breaded artichokes according to package directions. 

Place lettuce onto plate, drizzle with dressing, top with vegetables, feta cheese, and fried artichokes.
