2 oz.Monarch Rosemary Fries
Preparation
- Cut and fry naan into "chips." Salt and hold.
- Cook prime rib according to package instructions. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Hold.
- Fry rosemary fries. Hold warm.
To plate: Place cut naan chips on parchment-lined quarter sheet pan. Layer with prime rib, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled red onion and rosemary fries.
