Piping Bag and Tip
Preparation
- Place maple syrup into a pot and reduce until further thickened.
- Place marshmallow fluff into a piping bag with a tip and hold.
- Fry tempura sweet potato slices according to package directions. Remove from fryer, and drizzle with maple syrup reduction.
- Stack sweet potatoes, top with marshmallow fluff and toast in a broiler or with a torch.
- Top with candied pecans.
