Maple Glazed Tempura Sweet Potato & Toasted Marshmallow

Ingredients

  • 12 slices
    Chef's Line® Tempura Sweet Potato Slices
  • 1 c
    Rykoff Sexton® Vermont Maple Syrup
  • .25 tsp.
    Candied Pecans
  • .25 c
    Marshmallow Fluff
  • Piping Bag and Tip

Preparation

  1. Place maple syrup into a pot and reduce until further thickened.
  2. Place marshmallow fluff into a piping bag with a tip and hold.
  3. Fry tempura sweet potato slices according to package directions. Remove from fryer, and drizzle with maple syrup reduction.
  4. Stack sweet potatoes, top with marshmallow fluff and toast in a broiler or with a torch.
  5. Top with candied pecans.
