Lobster Roll Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 ea. Harbor Banks® Lobster Tail
  • 4 oz. Chef’s Line® Mayo
  • 2 oz. Monarch® Mirepoix
  • 4 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Parker House Rolls
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. Monarch Dill

Preparation:

  1. Poach lobster tails and chop into 1-inch pieces
  2. Mix lobster with mayo, lemon juice, dill and mirepoix
  3. Toast Parker House rolls
  4. Cut a slit into top of Parker House rolls and fill with lobster salad mix
