1 oz.Rykoff Sexton® Italian Olive Oil, divided
Preparation
Prepare Harbor Banks Lobster according to package directions, cut into bite-sized pieces.
Lightly brush the Chef’s Line Pinsa Crust with olive oil. Spread an even layer of Chef’s Line Whipped Feta onto the Pinsa Crust.
Bake for 5–7 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Toss arugula with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Remove from the oven and top with the lobster pieces and arugula salad.
