5 lb.Sous Vide Yellow Potatoes

3 lb.Cheddar–Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese

1.5 lb.Diced Bacon

1 lb.Sour Cream

4 oz.Chives, chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Dry potatoes, smash gently; preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Fry potatoes at 350°F until crispy.
3. Top with cheese and bacon; melt in oven.
4. Garnish with sour cream and chives.
