Loaded Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lb.
    Sous Vide Yellow Potatoes
  • 3 lb.
    Cheddar–Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
  • 1.5 lb.
    Diced Bacon
  • 1 lb.
    Sour Cream
  • 4 oz.
    Chives, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

1.        Dry potatoes, smash gently; preheat oven to 350°F.

2.        Fry potatoes at 350°F until crispy.

3.        Top with cheese and bacon; melt in oven.

4.        Garnish with sour cream and chives.
