Preparation
1. Wash and prep strawberries.
2. Spread ½-inch whipped cream layer on bread; place strawberries strategically for clean cuts.
3. Cover with more cream; top with second slice.
4. Optionally wrap and chill to set.
5. Slice to reveal halved fruit.
