1 ea.Chef's Line® Italian Sausage Burger

2 slicesCross Valley Farms® 1/4" Sliced Red Onion

1 tsp.Monarch® Chopped Garlic in Oil

8 oz.Cross Valley Farms Baby Spinach

1 oz.Boursin Cheese

1 eachHilltop Hearth® Potato Bun

3 oz.Chef's Line All Natural Fries, fried and kept hot

1 oz.Monarch Kosher Salt
Preparation
- Preheat grill or griddle to medium high.
- Grill burger, flipping halfway through cooking time, until the internal temperature reaches 165℉. Top with cheese.
- Rub a little oil on the onion slices and grill alongside the burger until tender and lightly charred in spots. Grill cut sides of bun until lightly toasted.
- Heat a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic in oil and spinach, turning to coat in oil, and cook until wilted but still retaining bright green color. Add a spoonful of water to help speed cooking. Season with salt, remove from pan and blot on a paper towel.
- Assemble burger with spinach, grilled onion, burger and cheese, and serve with fries.
