Irish Breakfast Nachos

Ingredients

  • 3 oz.
    Monarch® Thick-Sliced Wavy Fries
  • 2 slices
    Patuxent Farms® Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 2 oz.
    del Pasado® White Queso
  • 2 ea.
    Glenview Farms® Large Shell Eggs
  • 1 T
    Red Bell Pepper, small dice
  • 1 T
    Green Bell Pepper, small dice
  • 1 T
    Red Onion, small dice
  • Garnish
    Fresh Chives, minced

Preparation

  1. Cook Bacon in oven until crispy. Cool and cut into bite-sized pieces. 
  2. Heat White Queso according to package instructions. 
  3. Fry Thick-Sliced Wavy Fries according to package instructions. 
  4. Fry Eggs to desired temperature. 
  5. Place Fries onto plate. Top with Queso, Bacon, and Eggs. Garnish with Peppers, Onion and Chives.
