Tropical Pineapple-Avocado Relish - Recipe below

Crackers and Erudite, as needed
Preparation
Blend together all hummus ingredients, plate on a shallow bowl, mound relish on top and accompany with crackers and erudite.
To make Tropical Pineapple-Avocado Relish: Combine ½ cup of extra-virgin olive oil with ½ c each of grilled red bell pepper, avocado, grilled pineapple and grilled red onion all diced small; ½ cup of chopped cilantro; ¼ cup of lime juice and ¼ cup of sherry vinegar. Adjust seasonings with kosher salt.
