Herb and Garlic Compound Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • .5 c
    Glenview Farms® Unsalted Non-Dairy Butter, softened
  • 1 T
    Cross Valley Farms® Peeled Shallots, minced
  • .5 T
    Fresh Thyme, picked and minced
  • .5 T
    Fresh Rosemary, picked and minced
  • 1 T
    Fresh Italian Parsley, picked and minced
  • 1 tsp.
    Rykoff Sexton® Meyer Lemon Juice
  • .25 tsp.
    Monarch® Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • .5 tsp.
    Monarch Coarse Ground Kosher Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients and taste before adjusting salt and pepper.
  2. Place non-dairy compound butter onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Form into a log and wrap. Chill before using.
