2-3 oz.Mascarpone, whipped

GarnishFresh Thyme, de-Stemmed, picked

1 ea.Chef's Line® Pinsa Crust
Preparation
- Cook Pinsa crust in 400 degree oven for 4 minutes and allow to cool for a few minutes before assembling.
- Spread mascarpone on the crust and top with the fruit and almonds.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top to finish.
