Grilled Peach and Balsamic Blueberry Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 4 oz.
    Grilled Peaches
  • 2 oz.
    Fresh Blueberries
  • 4 tbsp.
    Balsamic Glaze
  • 2-3 oz.
    Mascarpone, whipped
  • Garnish
    Fresh Thyme, de-Stemmed, picked
  • 1-2 tbsp.
    Almonds sliced
  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Pinsa Crust

Preparation

  1. Cook Pinsa crust in 400 degree oven for 4 minutes and allow to cool for a few minutes before assembling. 
  2. Spread mascarpone on the crust and top with the fruit and almonds. 
  3. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top to finish.
