5 lb.Monarch® Green Chickpeas, steamed and cooled

3 oz.Rykoff Sexton® Tahini Paste

6 oz.Cross Valley Farms® Lemon, jucied

3 oz.Monarch Kosher Salt

1.5 oz.Monarch Black Pepper

5 oz.Cross Valley Farms Whole Cloved Garlic

5 oz.Rykoff Sexton Extra Virgin Oilve Oil
Preparation
- Using a large food processor, add the cooked and cooled green chickpeas and blend.
- Once blended, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, tahini and garlic.
- Continue to blend, while food processor is on, slowly stream in the olive oil.
- Periodically scrape down the sides, and continue to blend until mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Once consistency is achieved, remove hummus from the food processor and chill before serving.
