Greek Turkey Burger on Pub Grain Bun

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Pub Grain Bun
  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line Dark & White Meat Turkey Patty, grilled
  • 1/2 c
    Cross Valley Farms® Salad Mix
  • 2 T
    Chef's Line Tzatziki Cucumber Sauce
  • 2 Slices
    Cross Valley Farms Jumbo Red Onion, sliced
  • 4 ea.
    Rykoff Sexton® Vine Ripe Roasted Wedge Tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Build the burger; start with an even layer of Tzatziki sauce on both sides of the bun.
  2. On the bottom of the bun, add salad blend; next add grilled burger patty, red onions and roasted tomatoes.
  3. Lastly, top bun.
