1 oz.Diced yellow onion

10 oz.Vegetable broth

2 oz.Fresh baby spinach

4 oz.Chef’s Line® Italian Asiago Stuffed Gnocchi

Optimax® Frying Shortening

Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add 10 oz. vegetable broth.
- Add spinach for the final minute. Set aside.
- Heat sauté pan and add 1 oz oil. Add 4 oz. Chef’s Line Gnocchi. Toss until golden brown.
- Add gnocchi to soup.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
