Gluten-Free Pull-Apart Party Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 ea.
    Hilltop Hearth® Gluten-Free Slider Bun
  • 12 ea.
    Roseli® Provolone Cheese
  • 12 slices
    Metro Deli® Uncured Pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 12 slices
    Metro Deli Uncured Genoa Salami, thinly sliced
  • 6 tbsp.
    Monarch® Garlic Aioli
  • 6 tbsp.
    Metro Deli Balsamic Onion Jam

Preparation

  1. Separate the top and bottom buns. Place close together, sides touching, onto a parchment-lined sheet pan. Place garlic aioli, provolone cheese, salami and pepperoni onto the buns. Place balsamic onion jam onto the top bun and place onto sandwiches.
  2. Lightly spray with canola oil, and place into a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes or until sandwiches are warm and cheese is melted.
