Preparation
- Fry chicken to 165°F.
- Apply sauce to pizza crust.
- Top with cheese, onions and tomatoes.
- Bake at 425°F for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Top with chicken and arugula, and drizzle remaining sauce over the top.
