Preparation
- Cook bacon according to package directions.
- Drain liquid from pickled red onion.
- Open guacamole and stir.
- Fry tempura sweet potatoes according to package directions.
- Place sweet potato top with guacamole, pickled red onion and Black Forest smoked bacon.
