Fried Sweet Potato Canape Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Tempura Sweet Potato Slices
  • 1 tsp.
    Chef's Line Hand-Scooped Guacamole
  • 1 ea.
    English Cucumber, shaved, lightly salted
  • .25 tsp.
    Monarch® Pickled Red Onion
  • .25 slice
    Patuxent Farms® Black Forest Smoked Bacon

Preparation

  1. Cook bacon according to package directions.
  2. Drain liquid from pickled red onion.
  3. Open guacamole and stir.
  4. Fry tempura sweet potatoes according to package directions.
  5. Place sweet potato top with guacamole, pickled red onion and Black Forest smoked bacon.
