6 oz.Monarch® Green Chickpeas

3 TMonarch Corn Starch

1 tsp.Monarch Kosher Salt

.5 tsp.Monarch Black Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat fryer to 350°F.
- Coat frozen green chickpeas in corn starch, shake off any excess.
- Fry chickpeas for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until crispy.
- Remove from fryer and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish salads or flatbread, or serve as an appetizer.
