3 oz.Seared Yellowfin Tuna

4 oz.Blanched Haricot Verts

1 ea.Hard-Boiled Egg

4 oz.Olive Mix

4 oz.Honey Mustard Dressing

1 oz.Mesclun Mix
Preparation
1. Toss potatoes, haricot verts and half the dressing, and then plate.
2. Add sliced tuna.
3. Dress greens with remaining dressing; add to plate.
4. Garnish with olives and egg.
5. Drizzle remaining dressing over tuna.
