Ingredients

    Chef's Line® Roasted Garlic Naan
  • 2 oz.
    Chef's Line Whipped Feta
  • 2 oz.
    Chef's Line Root Vegetable Blend
  • 5 ea.
    Harbor Banks® Seared Atlantic Salmon Slices
  • House Made Herb Infused Oil
  • 4 c
    Rykoff Sexton® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ c
    Monarch® Dried Thyme
  • ¼ c
    Monarch Dried Oregano
  • ¼ c
    Monarch Dried Rosemary
  • 2 oz.
    Rykoff Sexton Slow-Roasted Tomatoes
  • .1 oz.
    Fresh chives (sliced thinly)

Preparation

  1. Toast or grill naan.
  2. Spread whipped feta evenly on naan.
  3. Top with caramelized root vegetable blend, slow-roasted tomatoes, salmon slices and fresh chives.
  4. Drizzle with herb-infused oil.
