Drunken Nashville Fish Sammie

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Hilltop Hearth® Pub Grain Bun
  • 1 ea.
    Harbor Banks® White Ale Battered Wild Alaska Pollock
  • 1-1/2 T
    Monarch® Nashville Style Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 T
    Monarch Roasted Garlic Aioli
  • 1 c
    Cabbage, finely shaved
  • 1 T
    del Pasado® Mango Peach Salsa

Preparation

Slaw

  1. Shave the cabbage on slicer as thinly as possible. 
  2. Toss with mango peach salsa and let sit for at least 15 minutes.

Sauce:
Mix together the Nashville hot sauce and garlic aioli, set aside.

Finish:   

  1. Toast bun with butter. 
  2. Place cabbage slaw on bottom. Add fried pollock. 
  3. Drizzle liberally with sauce and top with bun.
