1 ea.Hilltop Hearth® Pub Grain Bun

1 ea.Harbor Banks® White Ale Battered Wild Alaska Pollock

1-1/2 TMonarch® Nashville Style Hot Sauce

1/2 TMonarch Roasted Garlic Aioli

1 cCabbage, finely shaved

1 Tdel Pasado® Mango Peach Salsa
Preparation
Slaw
- Shave the cabbage on slicer as thinly as possible.
- Toss with mango peach salsa and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Sauce:
Mix together the Nashville hot sauce and garlic aioli, set aside.
Finish:
- Toast bun with butter.
- Place cabbage slaw on bottom. Add fried pollock.
- Drizzle liberally with sauce and top with bun.
