3 oz.Molly's Kitchen® Crispy Tempura Tofu Bites

1 cMonarch® Sweet and Sour Sauce

.5 cGreen Bell Pepper, small dice

1 tsp.Monarch White Sesame Seeds

2 tsp.Green Onion, thinly sliced

.5 cRykoff Sexton® Jasmine Rice, cooked
Preparation
- In a wok or large sauté pan, fry the Bell Pepper in neutral oil over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- While the Bell Pepper cooks, fry the tofu in a deep fryer according to package instructions.
- Add the Sweet and Sour Sauce to the pan. Remove the Crispy Tofu from the fryer and add to the pan. Toss/Sauté to combine the Crispy Tofu, Sauce and Bell Pepper.
- Serve over steamed Jasmine Rice. Garnish with Sesame Seeds and Green Onion.
