½ oz.Monarch® Sliced Pickled Red Onion

1 TCross Valley Farms® Washed and De-stemmed Parsley, chopped
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl combine, lettuce blend, diced peppers, diced cucumbers and sweet onion dressing. Toss to combine.
- Once salad is dressed, plate salad mixture into a large bowl and garnish with crispy fried pork belly, smoked crumbled blue cheese and fried pickled red onions.
