Crispy Garlic Parm Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz.
    Patuxent Farms® Biscuit Breaded Chicken Chunks
  • 2 oz.
    Monarch® Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
  • 2 oz.
    Monarch Caesar Dressing
  • 6 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms® Chopped Romaine
  • 1 oz. Roseli Shaved Parmesan
  • 2 oz.
    Rykoff Sexton® Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 oz.
    Roseli® Shredded Parmesan

Preparation

  1. Fry chicken for 5 to 7 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Toss romaine with Caesar dressing.
  3. Toss chicken in Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce.
  4. Plate romaine and top with chicken, parmesan and tomatoes.
