Creamy Clam Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts
    Atlantic Surf Clams
  • 5 lbs.
    Cream Cheese
  • 1 quart
    Sour Cream
  • 1/3 c
    Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 c
    Tabasco
  • 1/3 c
    Ginger Garlic Purée
  • 3 bunches
    Dill, chopped
  • 2 bunches
    Tarragon, chopped
  • ¼ c
    Black Pepper
  • Seasoned Potato Chips, as needed
  • Parsley, chopped, as needed
  • Juice of 8 Lemons

Preparation

Combine clams, lemon juice, cream cheese and sour cream until the cream cheese has broken down. Add remaining ingredients, except chips and parsley. Mix until smooth. Garnish with parsley.
