2 oz. Charred Lemon Vinaigrette

12 oz. Charred Lemon Juice

16 oz. Roseli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp. Monarch® Salt

1 tsp. Monarch Pepper
Preparation:
- Case crab to the top of mahi mahi filet (can be done ahead of time)
- Bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes
- Drizzle charred lemon vinaigrette over cooked fish
