1 ea.Monarch® Low Sodium Brown Gravy Mix

4 to 6 cCross Valley Farms® Homestyle Mashed Potatoes

3 TGlenview Farms® Unsalted Butter

2 cCross Valley Farms Yellow Onion, small dice

1 cCross Valley Farms Celery, small dice

1 tsp.Monarch Dried Thyme

1 cMonarch Peas and Carrots

1 tsp.Monarch Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
- Remove defrosted pot roast from packaging and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions.
- Make brown gravy according to package directions, adding in 1 tsp. of dried thyme.
- Sauté onions and celery with Worcestershire sauce.
- Combine peas and carrots, sautéed onions pot roast, adding just enough gravy to keep it moistened.
- Top with warmed mashed potatoes and place into the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes at 350ºF until golden brown and bubbling.
