4 oz.Blackheart Rum

2 oz.Cioco Carciofaro (can substitute Cynar)

8 oz.Soda Water
Preparation
Combine, store in bottle. Serve in Collins glass, pour 4 ounces of batch over ice, top with 2 ounces of soda water, roll to combine.
